Students 7th to  12 grade:  Are called to live “X-treme Lives”

One of the most encouraging facets of life at King’s is our very active and  spiritually strong student ministry. There are 3 areas/ways you plug into our group.

Sunday morning Youth Bible studies, meet  with other students their age at 9.00 AM  in our recently remodeled youth center with game area and snack bar,  on the north side of our campus.   This involves a big group lesson introduction, including a game or drama/ video and then a smaller group time of Bible discussion.

Wednesday Evening Youth Worship,   6.00 – 7.30 Worship is led by our own student band and always includes pointed teaching led by Pastor Bob Littleton. Currently we are studying the New Testament Book of James.

Monday night Discipleship group,  at our youth pastors family home. Students begin arriving 6:15 for a time of hanging out, playing basketball, frisbee, volleyball,  throwing a football or helping with animal chores. Then we serve dinner at 6:30 and 7 pm we have a time of teaching about how to follow Christ in the world we live in.

We do Missions! Our student ministry is deeply involved in hands on ministry both within our own community, around the USA and in the Carribbean.

Mission Serve , a week long trip focused on renovating impoverished neighborhoods, has involved hundreds of our young people in joyful discovery that Jesus is right, “It is BETTTER to give than to receive.”
